Having a spa day? Getting your hair done? Taking some much needed “me” time?
To be honest, I have spent most of my life “caring” for those around me, my
spouse, my children, my friends, my clients. Then I made a shift…
Does that mean I stopped caring for those who matter most in my life?
Absolutely not. But what I have realized is; in order to give my best self to
others, I must become my best self for “me”.
Have you ever thought about what your best self would look like?
Only you know the answer to that.
Do you allow yourself to get enough sleep every night?
Do you watch your diet? Take your daily supplements? Get your body
Do you take mental breaks?
Do you practice meditation or give thanks within your spiritual community?

As someone who has been in the beauty industry for well over 20 years,
